Every video clip on youtube has an "object" tag that can be inserted into your livejournal entry. Just go to www.youtube.com, find a clip you like, play it, notice the "embed" on the right side of the clip, copy the whole tag ( contains "object width=...."), paste it into your livejournal message update window, post to your journal.
