California Assembly Bill 1634:

SECTION 1. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
California Healthy Pets Act.

Another case of boneheaded California Legislature activism. This time around they decided to mandate spaying/neutering of all dogs and cats over four months old. And to make this piece of political shit art more palatable they cleverly tagged it with positively sounding words "Healthy" and "Pets". Shameless bastards. Just say No to new hidden taxes and growth of state bureaucracy. Write to your CA Representatives and tell them you oppose 1634.

There's still a way to make our life a bit less Orwellian. Here's a sample letter to California State Senate.

You don't have to write that you breed dogs, but rather tell them that this bill is regular Orwell. It tarnishes California's image, and makes it less attractive as a travel destination.
